"Recertification felt more frustrating than it needed to be"
I used servsafe.com to renew my recertification, it wore me out more than I expected. The site technically worked, but trying to find the right renewal option was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I was already feeling mentally drained, and having to click through confusing pages didn’t help.
I did finally get everything completed, so I can’t say it was a total failure. But for something I’ve already done before, the process should be clearer and quicker. It just felt like extra hassle for no good reason.

"Clear Course, but a Little Disappointing in Parts"
I was actually expecting the food safety course to be confusing, but it turned out to be clear and easy to follow. The explanations were simple, and the quizzes helped me remember the main points better. That said, I was a bit disappointed with how long some sections felt, especially when they dragged on more than they needed to. Overall, I still learned what I needed without feeling lost

"Great class, instructor made it way less stressful"
I had a really good class through servsafe.com. The instructor explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and you could tell they really knew what they were talking about. It made the test feel a lot less stressful for me. Did anyone else feel way more confident after taking the class? 5 stars from me.

"Easy to Book Without the Hassle"
I was able to get my ServSafe exam booked quickly, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. The available times were laid out clearly, and from the way everything was presented, it seemed like they actually expected people to handle it on their own without any confusion. I didn’t have to call anyone, which I really appreciated.

"Too rigid for my pace"
The course wasn’t really flexible enough for me. It kept pushing me to move on when I actually needed more time to pause, take a break, and come back later. That got frustrating. I also reached out by email and the replies felt like they were coming from robots, not real people, which didn’t help

It works fine for the most part, and I haven’t had any major issues. That said, it does glitch every once in a while, which can be a little annoying. I usually expect things to run smoothly if I’m using them regularly, so it’s not perfect, but overall it still gets the job done

I used servsafe.com mostly from my phone, and it was smoother than I expected. The pages loaded quickly, I barely had to pinch or zoom, and the practice tests were easy to tap through without getting frustrated. If you’re trying to study between shifts or on breaks, it’s definitely doable on mobile. I’d just recommend making sure you have a decent connection and a little quiet time, but overall it worked great for me.

"Passed the test, but the wait was annoying"
I passed my ServSafe test and figured the certificate would pop up fast, but nah, it took longer than I expected. I needed it for work, so waiting around was lowkey stressful. The site itself worked fine and wasn’t hard to use, but the delivery time was the part that bugged me. Maybe that’s just how it usually goes, but they really should make the timing clearer upfront. Not a horrible experience, just kinda frustrating.

I paid for my servsafe course online the whole process was smooth. The checkout page was easy to follow, my card went through on the first try, and I got the confirmation email right away. It was almost ridiculous how simple it was compared to other online course sign-ups I’ve dealt with. No issues at all.

Tried using it on my phone and... yeah, not great. Pages took forever to load. Then once they finally did, I was kind of lost. Just felt clunky and confusing.

I usually stick with the training provider I’ve used before, so I was a little hesitant to try this one. But the price was fair and the course did exactly what I needed it to do. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was easy enough to get through and the certificate was worth it. I might still prefer my usual brand overall, but for the cost, this was a solid choice

I’ve been using this while trying to keep my team a little more organized, and overall it’s been a smooth experience.
